Neil G. Chan, CEO & Chairman
Neil has pioneered the introduction of wireless data and broadband technologies in more than 45 countries around the world. From start-up to $400M in annual revenues, Neil has consistently created and led the best in class sales, service and marketing organizations over the last 30 years. His experience includes the early development of data communication systems with Gandalf Technologies, the pioneering of wireless data and broadband cable modems with Motorola Inc., and the early stage development of broadband wireless data infrastructure with Airvana Inc., which today carries a significant portion of the mobile data traffic in North America and Latin America. Most recently Neil served as a senior officer responsible for sales and marketing for WebTech Wireless Inc., from which an excess of $100M of new business was created across local, state, and federal governments, transportation, service, and insurance markets, thus creating an industry leader for software-for-service for commercial fleets worldwide.
Mike Dahlstedt, COO & President
Founder of Gogiro, he brings vision, leadership, and the innovate mechanisms required to take start-up ideas to an international stage. Previously to Gogiro, Mike established credibility with a group of venture capitalists as an Executive for their portfolio companies. Mike’s focus was on designing scaleable business models, helping to establish over 150 channel partners / franchises, and implementing the systems required to support scaled operations – resulting in generating revenues of over $60 Million during a 2 year span. Mike’s business and marketing acumen was refined through an early entrepreneurial period as founder and President of Synergy Visuals, a small business marketing agency, which ended through an acquisition by a larger firm.
Ken Johnston, VP Business Development
Ken has 30 years of sales and management experience in the business arena. Ken started early in his career as an entrepreneur in both retail and the internet segments. He extended his experience by taking on a managerial role for a Canadian, multi-chain retail sports outlet and started numerous national sales programs, which then led his career into the venture start-up arena, working for a group of private investors. In this new industry, Ken widened his scope of experience to include lead communications director, operations manager, and investor relations roles, resulting in managing a successful investment sales team transacting over $20 Million in investment volume, for a body of 150 investors. A hands-on leader, Ken has developed a broad skill set in IT, research and development, sales, management, and investor relations. He brings energy and passion to support corporate initiatives and inspires success from his team.

Peter Schecker, Company Director
Mr. Schecker graduated in 1976 from University Mannheim, Germany as a Diplom-Volkswirt (Masters Degree in Economics with Law as an elective). In Canada since 1977, he got his start as an entrepreneur in construction and development, building warehouses, strip malls and eventually specializing into long term lease buildings for the Province of British Columbia. As a distributor for Thomas International between 1991 and 2005 Mr. Schecker was trained and certified as a Psychometric Analyst on the Thomas DISC System. His successful career as an owner or major shareholder has spanned several decades and industries from construction to real estate, human resources development, trucking and courier and the internet field.
Robert A. Biagioni
Mr. Biagioni has held senior financial roles with the HTM Group, the First Merchant Group, CoreQuest Exploration Group, Canadian Bioenergy Corporation, Katie Gold Corp., MDU Communications International, Inc., TelSoft Mobile Data Inc. (now MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc.) and Sand River Resources Ltd. (now Fortune River Resource Corp.). Prior to forming the Corus Financial Group, Mr. Biagioni was a senior manager with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) in the firm’s Vancouver office. Mr. Biagioni received a BComm from the University of British Columbia in accounting and management information systems in 1979 and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1981.

Sam Rostam
Sam Rostam, is an Enterprise Systems Architect & Consultant with vast experience across many platforms including Linux/Unix/Solaris/Windows and IBM Mainframes. Sam has worked as a Senior Consultant at Sun Microsystems Santa Clara CA, focusing primarily on EAI type projects including systems architecture/performance assessment/tuning with Java EE, XML technologies, Portals, eBusiness and Forte. Engagements included projects at Motorola, Bank of America, HP, US West, Airborne Express, US Air force and Washington state Dept of Corrections.
Sam is also a certified SOA Architect and Trainer and has conducted various seminars on SOA Architecture, Governance and Cloud Computing. In addition, he has conducted extensive list of technical seminars and workshops at many Fortune 500 companies across North America. He also holds several certifications on adult learning and effective teaching techniques. In the past he has completed many certifications at Sun Microsystems on Distributed System Design, Performance & Patterns, Enterprise Java/XML/Web Technologies as well as Netscape iPlanet certifications on eBusiness infrastructure planning and systems integration using Fusion, Portals and LDAP integration. He graduated with MSc in Computing Science at SFU and studied in a PhD program at UBC. His teaching experience includes BCIT, SFU, TechBC and UBC with topics including: Agile Methodologies, OOAD, C++, UML, XML Technologies, SOA, Design Patterns, Java Enterprise & Web with Struts and Spring framework.

David Toyoda
Mr. Toyoda graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honours. He was called to the Bar in 1993. Mr. Toyoda practices in the corporate and securities law area, focusing on companies that list on Canadian stock exchanges. Mr. Toyoda teaches in the areas of corporate governance and public financing at Simon Fraser University, Faculty of Business Administration and the TSX Venture Exchange. He has also coordinated courses for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. He is the Past Chair of the Securities Law Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association (B.C. Branch) and was a member of the Securities Law Advisory Committee for the B.C. Securities Commission.
