Gogiro Acquires 3 Southern California Distributors

Oct 15, 2014 (Burnaby, BC) – Gogiro Internet Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Gogiro Southern California, consisting of 3 distribution centers. The Master Distribution area, formerly owned by Skip Dalrymple of San Diego, ran a direct distribution office serving customers in and around San Diego and licensed 2 exclusive distributorships operating in Orange County.

“The Southern California licensed area was one of Gogiro’s largest distributors in a key market area”, states company President Mike Dahlstedt, “This is a strategic move that helps Gogiro establish a direct retail sales division in a key market, boosts our management team and human resources, and provides an immediate, positive financial impact.”

With the acquisition completed, Gogiro welcomes Skip Dalrymple to the management team in the role of Executive Vice President, directly overseeing the development of Gogiro’s retail sales division. Gogiro’s business has traditionally focused on selling web services through distribution channels, but the acquisition positions Gogiro to sell direct to end consumers and provides the ability for the brand to better serve smaller regional pockets where no existing distributors operate.
