How are you able to generate new reviews for my business?

There are two components; a website component and a broadcast component
a) the website component; we would install a widget onto your website that both displays and captures reviews
b) the broadcast component works by importing a cusomter list into our system and broadcasting a review request message. The system can broadcast through SMS text message or email. Reviews can be funnelled into a variety of online review portals.
